Finally received score!!!
Hi
After 7 weeks of stress the step 1 score came. Regarding that the new format have made concerns for people who are going to take it and the exam was really relatively challenging, I wrote this thread to help and reassure them.
Step 1 exam date: 29/may/2010
Score: 246/99 (14/July)
UW: timed, unused cumulative 72% (Percentile 80)
UWSA 1: about one week before exam: 248 (74% correct)
NBME 2: 2 weeks before exam: 560/236
NBME 6: 1 week before exam: 610/247
Do not worry about the new format. They make the scores comparable with the coventional system. UW make its miracle for this format, too. You see that both UWSA and NBME were good predictors of my score. Do not have stress for new format and continue your study with the same sources.
For the study guide, I am sorry that I cannot help you because I was studying in an on and off way for a relatively long period due to some problems so I cannot be a reliable source for study guide, but at the last two weeks I reviewed many parts form First Aid and I feel that it was helpful.
Good luck!

Hi Aseem
There is discrepancy between your UWSA which is in the zone of 97+ and NBME. But, for me also, this occurred. 5 weeks before exam I got 218 in NBME1. Perhaps it is due to stress of first NBME1. I recommend you to do another (NBME2)and see what happens. According to Clinicalreview.com graph, UWSA 230 is almost 239+-16 (99). I combined your two scores (UWSA and nbme) in that graph and it became 225+-10 (95).
So, the best strategy is doing nbme2. Working on FA and UW(if you have done before). If your nbme2 reaches 550-560 and you are satisfied with 95+, go for exam. If you want 99, perhaps a little postponing be helpful.
