ADVICE NEEDED. I DIDN'T PASS STEP 2

I didnt pass my Step 2 ck and I was just about to apply for residency. Should I still apply to residency programs for this year, or wait and apply for next cycle. Any recommendations on which programs to apply to? Anyone been in this situation that can provide some information would be great. Thanks

I am taking the test in 3 weeks. I currently have kaplan and rx qbanks. I am looking for an sp to do blocks together. 1 or 2 timed blocks and review in 30-45 min each. I do 3 blocks a day. Please message me on skype to join. Thank You.
