for Unstable angina case, we need to have coronary angio followed by stent placement , right!

so when we have shifted the patient to icu and started all meds ( heparin, gpIIb etc.) then what is next ... do we order angio and stent together OR
... WE Order first angio and then after the result we order stent placement. although both the procedures can be done together ?
