Just failed step 1. I reviewed once dit goljian pathoma and UW qbank 2 times. Should I take step 2 ck as a break away from step 1 material? Or should I continue to persist with step 1?

HI. I recommend you stick with Step 1 because coming back to it later is like starting from scratch.
I also recommend you get someone to tutor you because you need to bounce back with an amazing score like a 250 to contradict this first attempt and it is doable with time, dedication and a good tutor. Also getting a high score in Step 1 will make your Step 2 studying easier vs failing Step 1. Lots of people with low Step 1 scores have low Step 2 scores too because the concepts are repetitive in both exams.

Look into good tutors mentioned in this forum- there's a lot of info here on that.
