Can someone explain this to me?

I reset my UWorld only last week (after using most of it throughout this last year) to start studying for Step II. My daily schedule includes re-doing a certain number of "incorrect" questions per day. My issue is that I'm almost certain it is giving me questions that I have NEVER seen before (at least not since I reset it). I thought I was just going crazy over the last day or two, but now I'm sure. I just got 2 questions on my "incorrect" set that I have never seen. That means if I ever did get them incorrect, it was when I went through medicine about 8 months ago. When resetting your questions, shouldn't it reset all of your incorrect as well????
