Can't place order

Hello,

For the last three days I've been trying to purchase an order for Step 2 CK.
I can get all the way to the payment but can't click "Place Order".

Has anyone had this problem/knows how to solve it?

I am having the same problem today but with step 1 qbank renewal, and it will expire tonight
I wrote them, hopefully tomorrow they will help me solve this...:s

i had sent an email to uworld support here's what they replied :

Thank you for contacting us with your concern.

Please verify that you are filling in all of the fields under the "Educational Information", then click on the "Update" button. Once the "Update" button is clicked, you will be able to input the payment details.

If you are still unable to complete your purchase after following these steps, please provide us with your education information so that we may update it manually.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance.

I have tried filling in the Educational information and updated it but I still am unable to get to the payment details.
I do not have the option of giving my credit card info
