Can't place order
Hello,
For the last three days I've been trying to purchase an order for Step 2 CK.
I can get all the way to the payment but can't click "Place Order".
Has anyone had this problem/knows how to solve it?

i had sent an email to uworld support here's what they replied :
Thank you for contacting us with your concern.
Please verify that you are filling in all of the fields under the "Educational Information", then click on the "Update" button. Once the "Update" button is clicked, you will be able to input the payment details.

i had sent an email to uworld support here's what they replied :
Thank you for contacting us with your concern.
Please verify that you are filling in all of the fields under the "Educational Information", then click on the "Update" button. Once the "Update" button is clicked, you will be able to input the payment details.
If you are still unable to complete your purchase after following these steps, please provide us with your education information so that we may update it manually.

I have tried filling in the Educational information and updated it but I still am unable to get to the payment details.
I do not have the option of giving my credit card info

HOW DO WE CONTACT THEM???
As of 8/1/209 the "place order" button still does not work despite many attempts over several days. UWorld has no phone contact info and the standard response email is far less than useful. The only field I left blank was "discount code" Did anyone else figure out how to process?

I had the same problem. All u got to do is enter the 9zipcode instead of just entering 5
Add all 9digit zipcode

Use safari browser. I tried with google chrome and firefox but could not place the order until I used safari.
