Hi, I am Faheem, an IMG from Pakistan. I could not schedule my flight earlier from Pakistan. I already have step 3 date of 22nd and 23rd November for New york near zip code 10460. Nov 24-26 will not be available in the US because it is a national holiday. Everything is closed here (school, banks, malls, prometric). good luck
