hi tiger1. i know how you feel. I just recently took step1 last june and i had the feeling that i did very well. I was so surprised that after long weeks of waiting my score was 187. This is not my first attempt and i graduated 2006. So at this point, I dont really know if i will still pursue MD here in US. But I think you should still try and learn from your shortcomings from the previous attempt. good luck

wow, 187 isnt uncommon. I also took the exam last june am my result came out 187, i was doubting a high mark but didnt think i would fail. Hang in there and fight for your dreams.

hey guys keep your heads up many people have matched with even 3x failed to better increase your chances i would aim for a 230+ score. check out baronerocks with many success stories of students failing. Just don't read any negative forums and stay postive
