Please help with following ethics q;

1. Parent wants you to perform drug test on a teenager, do u have to discuss results of test with patient? can you perform test without teen's consent?

2. Premie is on ventilator, parent want you to continue care even though grim outcome, do u continue care? does this qualify as futile care?
