what should I do?

WOW tomorrow !!! Take a deep breath right now and only you can decide what you want to do based on what YOU think of your nbme and UWSA scores and what score range are you aiming for in the actual exam.
If you have no choice but to go for the exam, then go and if you strongly feel that you're not proceeding well or even ok during the exam and fear that you may attain a poor score or not sure you'd even pass then I strongly advise you not to complete your exam. But if you think you revised pretty well and confident enough that you'd obtain a decent score then go and nail it down to your last breath and hopefully you will attain the score you desire! Only you can judge yourself where you stand and whether you want to go for it or not. Wish you all the best
