Is there any way that I can see how many unique questions there are remaining, for the reading and writing section? I just recently got the subscription that enabled me to access "1000+ Questions," and I was wondering if there was any way that I could see the amount of unique questions remaining, on both the math and R&W sections on the Uworld D-sat course?

After you either get a question correct, wrong, or omit it, when you open the "create a new test" option, you should be able to see that the questions that you completed will be organized into those questions. Unused questions are the ones that are unique.
